Queen Sonja officially opens Ruseløkka School's new building
Today, Queen Sonja officially opened the new building of Ruseløkka School in Oslo. The day also marked the 150th anniversary of the school.
Queen Sonja attended a celebration in the schoolyard with singing by the Norwegian Girls' Choir, performances by students, and speeches. The Queen then officially opened the school saying: “I am absolutely sure that you all get the most out of the opportunities that exist in this building”. Queen Sonja then toured the new building.
Queen Sonja wore her St John red jacket over a white top and black trousers. She also wore Brunate shoes and a navy crossbody bag.
