Grand Duchess Maria Teresa presents medals to blood donors
On Saturday afternoon, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa presented medals to blood donors in her role as Patron of Luxembourg’s Red Cross.
In her speech, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa thanked all blood donors registered on the lists of the Blood Transfusion Center. She also launched an appeal to citizens to remobilize as the challenge is to ensure the country's self-sufficiency and to enable the health system to treat all patients.
Grand Duchess Maria Teresa wore a Dries Van Noten blazer over a black outfit. She also wore her Peruffo and Ole Lynggaard rings.
