Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary's visit to Vietnam - Day 1
On Tuesday, Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary started an official visit to Vietnam with a Danish business delegation. The Crown Prince Couple arrived in Hanoi on Monday and went to see Prince Henrik’s childhood home.
On Tuesday, Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary first visited the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.
Afterward, the Crown Prince Couple met with the President and the Vice-President of Vietnam.
Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary then officially opened the Danish-Vietnamese Business Conference. Crown Princess Mary gave the opening speech at the energy efficiency conference.
The Crown Prince Couple also attended a lunch hosted by the Vietnamese Vice-President before visiting the different company stands from the Danish business delegation.
In the afternoon, Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary visited Hoàn Kiếm Lake and the Turtle Tower which are landmarks of Hanoi.
In the evening, Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary attended a dinner marking the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Denmark and Vietnam.
They also attended a gala performance in Danish and Vietnamese at the Hanoi Opera to mark the anniversary. Crown Princess Mary made a speech during the event.
On Monday, Crown Princess Mary wore a Sandro dress (with thanks to Royal Fashion Police & Henrietta) with her Michel Vivien sandals and her Rebekka Notkin bracelet.
On Tuesday, Crown Princess Mary wore her Temperley London dress with her Prada pumps and a repeated clutch. She paired the outfit with her Ole Lynggaard earrings, her Ole Lynggaard brooch, and bracelets by Rebekka Notkin, Dulong, and Ole Lynggaard, and her Thierry Lasry sunglasses. She also carried her Ralph Lauren bag.
In the evening, Crown Princess Mary wore her Etro dress with her Manolo Blahnik pumps and a repeated clutch. She also wore her Annikat earrings and her Ole Lynggaard bracelet.
