Danish Crown Prince Couple awards 2022 Kronprinsparrets Priser in Ringsted

On Saturday, Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary were in Ringsted to attend the Kronprinsparrets Priser.
Upon their arrival in Ringsted, Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary visited St. Bendt's Church.

In the evening, Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary handed out the 2022 Kronprinsparrets Priser. The Crown Prince Couple's Awards were established in 2004 as the Bikuben Foundation's wedding gift to the Crown Prince Couple. The purpose of the Crown Prince Couple's Awards is to highlight and recognize the extraordinary achievement in Danish, Greenlandic, and Faroese culture and social work.

This year’s winners are theater director Tue Biering (Culture Prize), GAME (Social Prize), Cellist and composer Josefine Opsahl (Star Sprinkle Culture Prize), and Social Sundhed (Star Sprinkle Social Prize).

Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary visited the winners earlier and the videos of these visits were shown during the ceremony. Crown Princess Mary visited the winner of the Culture Prize.

For the church visit, Crown Princess Mary wore a navy jacket with a Maje jumper, her Sandro trousers, and her Gianvito Rossi ankle boots.

When she visited the winner of the Culture Prize, Crown Princess Mary wore her Massimo Dutti coat over a Johnstons of Elgins sweater with jeans and her Prada navy suede ankle boots. She also wore her Sophie Bille Brahe earrings and her Gucci glasses.
