Norwegian Royal Family attends 2022 Nobel Peace Prize Ceremony
On Saturday, King Harald, Queen Sonja, Crown Prince Haakon, and Crown Princess Mette-Marit attended the Nobel Peace Prize Ceremony.
The Royal Couple and the Crown Prince Couple first received human rights defender Ales Bialiatski from Belarus, the Russian organization Memorial and the Center for Civil Rights in Ukraine at the Royal Palace.
Following the audience, King Harald, Queen Sonja, Crown Prince Haakon, and Crown Princess Mette-Marit attended the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony at Oslo’s City Hall.
In the evening, King Harald, Queen Sonja, Crown Prince Haakon, and Crown Princess Mette-Marit attended a gala dinner celebrating the laureates at the Grand Hotel.
Queen Sonja wore a blue suit and matching hat with her Peter Kaiser shoes and her Salvatore Ferragamo bag.
Crown Princess Mette-Marit wore a Catherine Walker bespoke coatdress with her Christian Louboutin pumps and her Aspinal of London clutch. She also wore a Jane Taylor headband and her Cartier ring. For the audience with the winners, she wore the same outfit as earlier in the day.
In the evening, Queen Sonja wore a repeated white gown. Crown Princess Mette-Marit wore a red printed gown with her Nicholas Kirkwood pumps and her Valentino minaudière. She also wore her Irene Neuwirth earrings and her Cartier ring.
