May 13 Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel host reception at the Royal Palace

On Wednesday, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel hosted a reception at the Royal Palace for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

They welcomed state secretaries, cabinet secretaries, chief officials, unit heads, and envoys from 109 places around the world at the occasion of the Foreign Ministry's executive meeting, which took place this week in Stockholm.

In her speech, Crown Princess Victoria wore: “Our country has so much to contribute. And it is a privilege to work with you to promote and create value for Sweden. Many of you have already had the privilege of meeting in different contexts. But we still have many to get to know! We look forward to doing so, both here today and in the future. Prince Daniel and I want to wish you nice days here at home before you return to the world - in the service of the kingdom.”
