Queen Maxima visits Côte d'Ivoire & Senegal - Day 3
Today, Queen Maxima started the second leg of her trip to West Africa in her role as United Nations Secretary General’s Special Advocate for Inclusive Finance for Development. Queen Maxima officially started her visit to Senegal with a meeting with members and partners of the UN delegations.
Afterward, Queen Maxima visited the MyAgro project which developed an innovative mobile layaway financing model to help farmers save money.
Queen Maxima then in a roundtable meeting with various stakeholders to discuss inclusive fintech.
Queen Maxima also met local entrepreneurs to hear more about SudPay’s tax collection solution that can be an entry point into digital financial services.
Queen Maxima wore a brown top with a Lady Africa maxi skirt and a matching bag as well as her Maison Boinet belt. She also wore Gianvito Rossi wedges, Cartier sunglasses, and her Monies necklace.
