King Carl Gustaf and Queen Silvia visit the Red Cross headquarters

On Thursday, King Carl Gustaf and Queen Silvia visited the Red Cross headquarters in Stockholm to learn more about their efforts during the war in Ukraine. This week marks six months since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

King Carl Gustaf and Queen Silvia met with volunteers who were recently stationed in Ukraine and took part in a project aimed at improving the living conditions of internally displaced persons.

The royal couple also visited the Red Cross care center where they met nurses who work to provide care to migrants who are at risk of falling outside society's safety net.

Queen Silvia wore her Zara jacket over a white top and black trousers. She paired the outfit with her Chanel flats and Longchamp bag and she also wore her Cartier bracelet.
