Crown Princess Mary visits New York City - Day 2
On Tuesday, Crown Princess Mary spent her second day in New York City where she marked UN Day and promoted Denmark’s candidacy for the UN Security Council.
She first met with the executive director of the UN Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Catherine Russell.
Crown Princess Mary then took part in a roundtable discussion on the future of multilateralism with representatives from the member nations of FOSS (Forum of Small States).
Crown Princess Mary also met with the executive director of UNFPA, Dr. Natalia Kanem, to discuss women’s and girls’ rights. Crown Princess Mary is Patron of the UN Population Fund.
Crown Princess Mary wore her Harris Wharf London jacket with a repeated top, black trousers, her Valentino pumps, and possibly her Ralph Lauren bag. She paired the outfit with her Gucci glasses and her Sophie Bille Brahe earrings.
