New official portraits of King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima
On Friday, new official portraits of King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima were released to mark King Willem-Alexander’s 10th year on the throne.
The photos were taken at the beginning of September by Anton Corbijn in the Gallery Hall of Noordeinde Palace.
Queen Maxima is wearing her Jan Taminiau gown with the Stuart Tiara. She is also wearing the Grand Cross of the Order of the Netherlands Lion and the star of Knight in the House Order of the Golden Lion of Nassau.
The Court also shared an analog black-and-white photo of the Royal Couple taken by Anton Corbijn.
