The Duchess of Edinburgh visits Colombia - Day 2

On Wednesday, the Duchess of Edinburgh spent her second day in Colombia where she is undertaking engagements in support of the Women, Peace and Security Agenda (WPS).
She first visited the Trópicos ‘Fruits of Hope’ coffee farm where she met with ex-FARC combatants to learn more about how their important peace-building work is creating new opportunities for communities.

The Duchess of Edinburgh then visited the Centre for Research on Tropical Agriculture Seed Bank, to hear about their work to promote food security amidst climate change.

In the evening, the Duchess of Edinburgh also attended a roundtable discussion with peacebuilders and survivors to hear about their experiences and their crucial role in peace processes.

The Duchess of Edinburgh first wore a Ble shirt with jeans and Brasher boots. She then changed into her Emilia Wickstead skirt and her Nicola Sexton shoes.

In the evening, the Duchess of Edinburgh wore a Cefinn dress with her Felt necklace and her Felt bracelet.
