Happy 80th Birthday to Queen Silvia!
On Saturday, Queen Silvia celebrated her 80th birthday! A new official photo was released to mark the day. Ahead of her birthday, Queen Silvia had started a fundraiser, available here, as part of the Children of the World campaign to support projects in Ukraine for children suffering from mental illness as a result of the ongoing full-scale invasion.

Queen Silvia also celebrated her 80th birthday with all her grandchildren earlier this week! They had surprised her with a birthday cake.
In the new official photo, Queen Silvia wore a blue dress with her Ernst Paltscho brooch as well as her Cartier and Engelbert bracelets.
