The Wedding of Princess Alexandra and Nicolas Bagory - Civil Wedding
Today, Princess Alexandra of Luxembourg and Nicolas Bagory were married in a civil ceremony which took place at the Town Hall in Luxembourg.
Members of the senior royal family were in attendance. The arrival was live streamed by the Royal Court’s Instagram Account.
The Grand Ducal Family walked with couple from the Palais Grand Ducal to the Hôtel de Ville (City Hall) de Luxembourg.
The couple was married by Mayor Lydie Polfer in a private ceremony with their parents and siblings in attendance.
After the ceremony, the family greeted the crowds as they walked back from the Hôtel de Ville de Luxembourg to the Palais Grand Ducal.
Later this evening there will be a reception held at the Palais Grand Ducal for both families, representatives of the national authorities and the couple's guests.
Princess Alexandra and Nicolas Bagory spent a few private moments in the Cathédrale Notre-Dame following the civil wedding ceremony. They also appeared on the balcony of the Palace to greet the crowds.
Afterward, official photos were taken before the reception at the Palace.
Princess Alexandra wore a white ensemble with a cape from Valentino and Chanel bag.
Grand Duchess Maria Teresa wore an outfit from Natan with a Sophie Habsburg clutch and Lucia Odescalichi earrings.
Hereditary Grand Duchess Stéphanie wore her blue Emporio Armani dress with Natan pumps. Hereditary Grand Duchess Stéphanie also carried a new bag with a huge cause behind it today. The bag is from a brand called Turquoise Tassel which aims to give Turkish women financial independence.
Princess Claire wore a yellow Diane von Furstenberg dress with Christian Dior pumps.
