On Monday, King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima met with the Kenyan Presidential Couple at Noordeinde Palace. King Willem-Alexander received President William Ruto in audience while Queen Maxima spoke about financial inclusion and women empowerment with the First Lady Rachel Ruto.
