Crown Princess Victoria takes part in opening of the Parliament of the Swedes Abroad
On Tuesday, Crown Princess Victoria took part in the opening of the Parliament of the Swedes Abroad which took place digitally. In the Parliament, Swedes abroad, experts, and politicians gather to discuss solutions to the challenges that Swedes abroad have in relation to Swedish regulations.
In her speech, Crown Princess Victoria said: “We Swedes have always moved and traveled abroad. Because of studies, work, love, or for any other reason. There is a long tradition of learning more about other cultures - and not least languages - on location in other countries. The stay abroad enriches, gives us a wider perspective and an increased understanding of other people. Of course, there are challenges, but I am convinced that the vast majority find it worth it.”
Crown Princess Victoria wore her Zara suit with her Dulong earrings and her Engelbert necklace.
