Queen Mathilde attends United Nations General Assembly - Day 1
On Sunday, Queen Mathilde started a three-day trip to New York to attend the Sustainable Development Goals Summit during the 78th United Nations General Assembly.
Queen Mathilde first attended the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Advocates annual meeting with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and Deputy Secretary-General Amina J Mohammed.
Queen Mathilde then attended the “Champions for Children: Child Rights at the Heart of the SDGs” event at UNICEF House. She also met with the First Lady of the US, Dr Jill Biden.
