Queen Mathilde attends UN General Assembly - Day 2

On Monday, Queen Mathilde spent her second day in New York City to attend the UN General Assembly in her role as an advocate for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

She attended the event on the protection of children in the digital world during which she made a speech.

She also held meetings with the Deputy Secretary-General Amina Mohammed, President of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly Khalilur Rahman, Director-General of the World Health Organization Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, and UNICEF Executive Director Catherine Russell.

Queen Mathilde also met with the United Nations Secretary-General, António Guterres.

In the evening, Queen Mathilde attended the UN Rising Nations Gala Dinner.

Queen Mathilde first wore her Safiyaa top and trousers with her Giorgio Armani pumps and a repeated clutch. She also wore her Rolex watch.

In the evening, Queen Mathilde wore an Elie Saab jumpsuit.
