Queen Maxima opens new Avantium factory
On Tuesday, Queen Maxima officially opened Avantium's new commercial factory in Delfzijl. In the new factory, Avantium will produce FDCA (furandicarboxylic acid), the chemical building block for the fully plant-based and circular plastic PEF (polyethylene furanoate). PEF is an innovative material that offers an alternative to traditional, petroleum-based plastics.
Queen Maxima wore her Natan Couture x Alicia Audrey navy cape with her Oscar de la Renta dress. She paired the outfit with her Gianvito Rossi navy pumps and her Natan clutch.
