Queen Mary visits Brazil - Day 1
On Wednesday, Queen Mary started a four-day official visit to Brazil which focused on strengthening cooperation and deepening the Danish-Brazilian relationship.
She first took part in a boat trip on the Amazon River to learn more about the Amazon region's challenges and possible solutions to combat environmental-related crime.
Afterward, Queen Mary visited the Amazonian Museum (MUSA), which is located on a 100-hectare area of the Adolpho Ducke Forest Reserve, an original dry forest area of the Amazon forest.
In the evening, Queen Mary attended an official reception by the Governor of the State of Amazonas, Wilson Lima, at the Teatro Amazonas in Manaus.
Queen Mary first wore a Columbia shirt with Deerhunter trousers and her Arc’Teryx sneakers. She paired the outfit with her Gucci sunglasses and her Halberstadt necklace. She also carried her Prada bag.
In the evening, Queen Mary wore a Jesper Hovring blouse with a repeated skirt, her Aquazzura sandals, and a Prada clutch. She also wore repeated traditional Portuguese “Queen” earrings and her Halberstadt necklace.
