The Duke and Duchess of Sussex visit Nigeria - Day 1
On Friday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex started a three-day visit to Nigeria at the invitation of Nigeria’s Chief of Defense Staff. They first visited Lightway Academy in Abuja where they launched the school’s first-ever mental health summit. The summit aims to offer resources and assistance for students’ mental well-being and is a result of the partnership between The Archewell Foundation and The GEANCO Foundation.
In the afternoon, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were officially welcomed to Nigeria by Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Musa, at Defence Headquarters in Abuja.
The Duchess of Sussex first wore a Heidi Merrick dress (with thanks to MeghansClosetChronicles) with her Emme Persons sandals. She paired the outfit with Lanvin earrings (with thanks to MeghansClosetChronicles) , her AUrate necklace, and her Ariel Gordon and Cartier bracelets.
The Duchess of Sussex then wore her Altuzarra suit with her Manolo Blahnik pumps. She also wore Ariel Gordon earrings ((with thanks to MeghansClosetChronicles) with the same necklace and bracelets as earlier.
