Queen Mary meets UNHCR High Commissioner
On Thursday, Queen Mary met with the High Commissioner of the UN Refugee Agency. She was briefed on their work to protect the lives and rights of the world’s refugees, including efforts to improve the conditions of women and girls in humanitarian crises and the importance of climate change on vulnerable communities.
