Queen Mathilde attends UN General Assembly - Day 2
On Sunday, Queen Mathilde attended events during the UN General Assembly in New York City in her role as SDG Advocate.
She first attended the opening of the ‘Summit for the Future’ which aims to further international cooperation so that it can deliver on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Afterward, Queen Mathilde met with Filippo Grandi, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
Queen Mathilde then visited the NGO Fountain House which supports people with mental health problems.
In the evening, Queen Mathilde joined guests such as Princess Mabel and the Duke of Sussex at the “Every Child Protected” dinner hosted by the World Health Organization.
Queen Mathilde first wore her Erdem dress with her Fabienne Delvigne clutch and her Rolex watch.
