Danish Royal Family attends 2025 New Year Gala
On Wednesday evening, King Frederik and Queen Mary hosted the traditional New Year Gala in Copenhagen for the first time.
Crown Prince Christian, Queen Margrethe, Prince Joachim, Princess Marie, and Princess Benedikte were also in attendance. It was the first time Crown Prince Christian attended the gala dinner.
Queen Mary wore her Birgit Hallstein green velvet and lace gown with her Gianvito Rossi pumps and her J.Furmani clutch. She also wore her Ole Lynggaard and Annikat rings. She paired the outfit with the Emerald Parure Tiara and earrings.
Princess Marie wore a Rikke Gudnitz navy velvet gown with her Jimmy Choo pumps and a repeated clutch. She also wore repeated sapphire and diamond earrings and a repeated ring. She paired the outfit with Princess Dagmar’s Diamond Floral Tiara and Queen Alexandrine’s diamond and sapphire brooch.
Queen Margrethe wore a repeated blue velvet gown with the Floral Aigrette Tiara.
Princess Benedikte wore a Wichmann Couture purple gown with the Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg Tiara.
