King Carl Gustaf and Queen Silvia present the Prince Eugen medals

On Monday, King Carl Gustaf and Queen Silvia presented the Prince Eugen medals at the Royal Palace. This year’s winners are artist Ann Böttcher, artist Klara Kristalova, architect Petra Gipp, ceramicist Bodil Manz, and artist Inger Blix Kvammen.

The Prince Eugen Medal was instituted by King Gustaf V in connection with Prince Eugen's 80th birthday in 1945. The medal is awarded for outstanding artistic activity.

Queen Silvia wore her Camilla Thulin suit with her Brunate pumps. She also wore her Cartier and Engelbert Stockholm bracelets.
