Queen Maxima visits Indonesia as UNSGSA - Day 1
On Tuesday, Queen Maxima started a three-day official visit to Indonesia in her capacity as the United Nations Secretary-General's Special Advocate for Financial Security (UNSGSA).
She first met with workers at a garment factory participating in the Reimagining Industries to Support Equality (RISE) program. The program aims to contribute to the financial well-being of workers in the garment and footwear industry.
Afterward, Queen Maxima visited a batik workshop where she spoke with female entrepreneurs to learn more about how Fintech Amartha provides them with a digital platform for loans, small investments, and online banking in a user-friendly app.
She also attended a meeting hosted by Women's World Banking with young people, students, and entrepreneurs to hear more about their experiences with financial products and services.
Queen Maxima wore a Natan yellow outfit with Natan sandals. She paired the outfit with sunglasses, which appear to be by GIGI STUDIOS, and her Dinh Van bracelet.
