On Monday evening, Crown Princess Victoria presented the Marcus Wallenberg Prize in Stockholm. The Marcus Wallenberg Prize aims to recognise, encourage, and stimulate path-breaking scientific achievements.

The Prize was awarded to Dr. Gerald Tuskan for his pioneering work in sequencing and analyzing the first tree genome.
