Crown Princess Victoria also met with the new Secretary General of the Swedish Children's Diabetes Foundation, Karolina Janson, at the Royal Palace to kick off Diabetes Month in November. During the meeting, Crown Princess Victoria saw the Foundation's new educational soft dragon, Milli, who has type 1 diabetes. The dragon will be distributed to hospitals around the country to children aged 0–11 who develop type 1 diabetes so they can learn about the disease in a playful way.
The Swedish Children's Diabetes Foundation works to raise money for research into type 1 diabetes, increase knowledge about the disease, and provide support to those affected.
Crown Princess Victoria wore a Greta top and skirt with her Gianvito Rossi pumps. She paired the outfit with her Edblad earrings and her Edblad Mom ring. Her blue knot pin and knot bracelet were launched by the Child Diabetes Foundation to raise awareness about diabetes.
