Danish Royal Family marks 80th anniversary of Denmark's liberation

On Sunday, the Danish Royal Family attended events marking the 80th anniversary of Denmark’s liberation in Copenhagen. The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester were also in attendance.

King Frederik, Queen Mary, Queen Margrethe, and Princess Benedikte first attended a peace service at Our Lady’s Church, which brought together representatives from the government, the Danish Parliament, ministries, defense, and foreign embassies.

Afterward, they attended a memorial service in Mindelunden, where several resistance fighters are laid to rest. During the ceremony, King Frederik and Queen Mary laid a wreath.

Queen Mary wore a Soeren Le Schmidt dress made by Birgit Hallstein with her Gianvito Rossi pumps and a repeated clutch. She also wore a new headband by Katrin Cecila Jacobsen. Later, she changed into boots that seem to be by Gianvito Rossi.

Queen Margrethe wore a repeated outfit with her Marni bag.

Princess Benedikte wore a repeated Wichmann Couture outfit with her Salvatore Ferragamo bag and her Christian Dior watch.
