Dutch Royal Family attends 2025 Prinsjesdag
On Tuesday, King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima attended Prinsjesdag with Princess Catharina-Amalia, Princess Alexia, Princess Ariane, Prince Constantijn, and Princess Laurentien. This was Princess Ariane’s first appearance at Prinsjesdag.
During Prinsjesdag, King Willem-Alexander reads the ‘Speech from the Throne’, written jointly by the Ministers and Secretaries of State.
After the ceremony, the Royal Couple, Princess Catharina-Amalia, Princess Alexia, Princess Ariane, Prince Constantijn, and Princess Laurentien made a balcony appearance at Noordeinde Palace to greet the crowd.
Queen Maxima wore her Jan Taminiau gown with her Jan Taminiau pumps and her Berry Rutjes hat.
Princess Catharina-Amalia wore a Taller Marmo gown with Stuart Weitzman gold sandals and her mother’s Kayu clutch. She also wore Cult Gaia earrings.
Princess Alexia wore a Solace London gown with Castaner wedges and her mother’s Zara clutch. She paired the outfit with her mother’s Hervé Van der Straeten bangle.
Princess Ariane wore a Victoria Beckham gown with Gianvito Rossi pumps and her mother’s Philip Treacy hat. She also wore her mother’s Berge sapphire and diamonds earrings.
Princess Laurentien wore a Talbot Runhof gown with repeated shoes and a Demellier London clutch. She also wore a Evelien Gentis hat.
