Queen Sonja attends seminar on women's health and safe exercise
On Thursday, Queen Sonja attended a seminar on women's health and safe exercise, organised by the new Centre for Women's Health Research in Sport and Physical Activity at the Norwegian School of Sport and Health Sciences.
The seminar focused on how physical activity and safe exercise can empower women through the many phases of life as well as the prevention and treatment of various mental and physical challenges.
Queen Sonja wore her St John red jacket with black trousers and her Brunate pumps.
