Danish State Visit to Lithuania - Day 2
On Thursday, King Frederik and Queen Mary spent their second day in Lithuania. They first joined the Presidential Couple at the Danish-Lithuanian business forum with a focus on energy, defense and security, and space.
Afterward, King Frederik and Queen Mary visited the Lithuanian Parliament, Seimas, where they met the Speaker of the Parliament, Juozas Olekas.

King Frederik and Queen Mary then took part in a wreath-laying ceremony at Antakalnis Cemetery in memory of the victims of Lithuania's struggle for independence.

In the afternoon, the Royal Couple and the Presidential Couple visited the Lithuanian Home Guard (KASP) and the Shooting Union to meet with representatives from the volunteer defence force.
They also visited the NBA Basketball School in Vilnius, a school which offers NBA-inspired training courses, camps and tournaments for young people aged 6–18 and aims to both develop talent and promote the joy of the sport.
In the evening, the Royal Couple and the Presidential Couple officially opened the exhibition and the program year “Friends in Need” at the National Library of Lithuania. The exhibition focuses on Danish-Lithuanian friendship and features the installation “A Fleet of Friendship, Light and Hope”, which consists of lantern ships made by Danish and Lithuanian children and adults.
King Frederik and Queen Mary then hosted a return reception for the Presidential Couple at the National Library of Lithuania.
Queen Mary first wore her Harris Wharf London coat with a The Fold blouse, her Max Mara skirt, and her Celine belt. She paired the outfit with her Valentino boots. She also wore her Sophie Bille Brahe earrings. Later in the day, she changed into her Gianvito Rossi boots.
