Queen Maxima visits Ghana - Day 2
On Wednesday, Queen Maxima spent her second day in Ghana in her capacity as the UN Secretary-General’s Special Advocate for Financial Health (UNSGSA). She first took part in a financial health roundtable discussion hosted by the Bank of Ghana.
Afterward, she traveled to Kumasi where she was welcomed by Ashanti King Otumfuo Osei Tutu II at the Manhyia Palace. She also met with Lady Julia Osei Tutu.
Queen Maxima also attended a meeting with Asante paramount chiefs on how local financial institutions can better support consumer financial health.
Queen Maxima first wore a navy top with her Lady Africa skirt and her Natan belt. She paired the outfit with her Salvatore Ferragamo flats and her Marina Raphael bag.
Afterward, Queen Maxima wore her Etro printed top and skirt with her Max Mara belt. She also wore her Gianvito Rossi sandals, her SMAAK Amsterdam bag, and her Ray-Ban sunglasses.
