King Carl Gustaf and Queen Silvia attend peace prayer for Ukraine
On Tuesday, King Carl Gustaf and Queen Silvia attended a peace prayer for Ukraine held at the Palace Church to mark the fourth anniversary of Russia’s invasion of the country.
They were joined by a large crowd of Ukrainians as well as the Speaker of the Riksdag and the Minister for Foreign Affairs, among others. The ecumenical peace prayer was held in Ukrainian and Swedish.
Queen Silvia wore her Maknam suit with her Brunate pumps and her Ernst Paltscho brooch.
