Swedish Royal Family attends Princess Estelle's Cultural Foundation seminar

On Tuesday, King Carl Gustaf, Crown Princess Victoria, Prince Daniel, and Prince Carl Philip attended a seminar hosted by the Princess Estelle's Cultural Foundation at the Royal Palace.

During the seminar, Prince Daniel presented the initiative behind the Princess Estelle’s Cultural Foundation and Art historian Magdalena J. Hammar, PREKS-fellow 2025, gave a lecture on King Karl XIV Johan’s vision of a national art museum that was never opened.

In 2025, artist Monika Sosnowska created the 'Museum' sculpture for Princess Estelle's Sculpture Park. The sculpture's freestanding concrete forms were cast in the very place where King Karl XIV Johan planned his art museum at Rosendal in 1830.

Crown Princess Victoria wore her Andiata herringbone suit with her Sania D’Mina boots and her Saint Laurent bag. She also wore her Alexandré de Paris hair clip.
