Danish State Visit to Australia - Day 6
On Thursday, King Frederik and Queen Mary spent their sixth day in Australia, attending engagements in Queen Mary’s hometown Hobart.
King Frederik and Queen Mary were officially welcomed to Tasmania by the Governor of Tasmania, Barbara Baker.
Afterward, the Royal Couple visited the Alum Cliffs Marine Reserve and sailed out with a marine research team from the Institute for Marine and Antarctic Studies (IMAS), which works with the restoration and protection of kelp forests.
King Frederik and Queen Mary then visited the INCAT shipyard in Hobart. INCAT is an Australian manufacturer of high-speed catamarans and is currently building the world's largest battery-powered electric ferries for the Danish ferry operator Molslinjen.

They also visited The Agrarian Kitchen, an award-winning cooking school and restaurant with a focus on sustainability, locally grown ingredients, and circular cooking.

In the afternoon, King Frederik and Queen Mary visited the Museum of Old and New Art where they attended a pop-up concert with the Danish electropop duo ROYA.

The Royal Couple then walked through Hunter Street to greet the crowds waiting for them.
In the evening, King Frederik and Queen Mary attended a reception held by the Governor of Tasmania to conclude their state visit.
Queen Mary first wore her Ralph Lauren jacket with her ME and EM dress, her Max Mara belt, and her Gianvito Rossi pumps. Later in the day, she changed into her Prada flats. She paired the outfit with her Giorgio Armani sunglasses, her Dulong Fine Jewelry earrings, Rebekka Notkin bracelets, her Cartier watch, and her Dulong Fine Jewelry ring.
In the evening, Queen Mary wore her CLEA blouse with Carla Zampatti trousers and her Gianvito Rossi pumps. She also wore Ole Lynggaard earrings.
