Queen Letizia hosts meetings at Zarzuela Palace
On Tuesday, Queen Letizia hosted meetings at Zarzuela Palace. She first met with a delegation from the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) to mark the 75th anniversary of the organization. She heard about the realities faced by refugees and asylum seekers in Spain and the UNHCR’s work to guarantee their rights and access to international protection.
Afterward, Queen Letizia hosted a working meeting with the new board of UNICEF Spain as Honorary President of the organization. UNICEF’s representative in Lebanon also joined the meeting to discuss the situation of children in Lebanon during the ongoing conflicts in the Middle East.
Queen Letizia wore her Mango jacket with her Carolina Herrera blouse, white trousers, and her Sézane pumps. She paired the outfit with her Barbara Goenaga earrings and her Coreterno ring.
