Queen Sofia attends Alzheimer's Disease International 37th Global Conference
This week, Queen Sofia attended the Alzheimer's Disease International 37th Global Conference in Lyon, France. On Tuesday, Queen Sofia attended the opening ceremony as well as the plenary session: “Beyond the plan; The future of dementia policy”.
On Wednesday, Queen Sofia visited an exhibition of scientific posters on Alzheimer's in the hall of the Lyon Congress Palace.
She then attended a meeting with several researchers to discuss the evolution of Alzheimer's disease and its treatment, risk factors and new developments in prevention, and the need for funding. She also attended the plenary session: “The Frontiers of Dementia Science and Innovation.”
On Tuesday, Queen Sofia wore an Alejandro de Miguel blue jacket with black trousers and black pumps. On Wednesday, Queen Sofia wore her Alejandro de Miguel suit with her Loewe bag.
