King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima visit the United States - Day 2

On Tuesday, King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima spent their second day in the United States, attending engagements in Miami, Florida.

The Royal Couple first visited the Henry Mack School to see murals created by the students with artists from the Netherlands and the Caribbean part of the Kingdom. They also met with the Secretary of State Cord Byrd at the Pérez Art Museum.

Afterward, King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima posed for American and Dutch media.

The Royal Couple then visited the Little Havana neighborhood where they joined local residents, mostly from the Latino community, playing dominoes together. They discussed the importance of the 'Domino Park' as a meeting place.

King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima then visited the Rosenstiel School of Marine, Atmospheric, and Earth Science at the University of Miami where they saw the 'Wave Tank SUSTAIN', a simulator capable of simulating hurricane winds, and the coral laboratory to learn more about opportunities for cooperation with the Caribbean parts of the Kingdom.

Queen Maxima first wore her Natan Couture outfit with her Gianvito Rossi pumps and a matching clutch. She paired the outfit with her Gucci sunglasses, her Scully & Scully earrings, her Steltman ring, and her Patek Philippe watch.

Queen Maxima then wore her Natan red outfit with her Gianvito Rossi sandals and her Marina Raphael bag. She also wore her Patek Philippe watch.
