The WOMED Award International recognizes female entrepreneurship, highlighting women who combine economic success and social commitment. Joecel Palacios won the award for her work as the financial manager of a major agricultural company that is entirely managed by women and provides income to 200 seasonal workers and 16 permanent employees.
