Crown Princess Victoria marks Swedish Institute in Rome's 100th anniversary

This week, Crown Princess Victoria visited Italy to mark the Swedish Institute in Rome's 100th anniversary.

On Thursday, Crown Princess Victoria first visited the Vatican and Queen Christina of Sweden’s tomb in St. Peter's Basilica.

Afterward, Crown Princess Victoria attended the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Swedish Institute in Rome. The Swedish Institute in Rome was founded at a meeting at the Royal Palace on 8 May 1925. Crown Prince Gustaf (VI) Adolf was one of the initiators of the institute and the first chairman of the board. The Swedish Rome Institute is the base for Swedish archaeological excavations and scientific activities in Italy.

On Friday, Crown Princess Victoria visited the non-Catholic cemetery in Rome.

On Thursday, Crown Princess Victoria first wore her By Malene Birger jacket with an ME and EM dress and her Chanel flats. She paired the outfit with her Kreuger Jewellery earrings and her Alexandré de Paris hair clip.

In the evening, Crown Princess Victoria wore her Camilla Thulin dress with her Gianvito Rossi pumps and her Zara clutch. She paired the outfit with repeated earrings and her Dulong Fine Jewelry bracelet.

On Friday, Crown Princess Victoria wore her Veronica Beard suit with her Adidas sneakers and her Singular Society bag. She also wore her Alexandré de Paris hair clip.
