King Felipe and Queen Letizia celebrate El Confidencial's 25th anniversary
On Tuesday, King Felipe and Queen Letizia celebrated the 25th anniversary of the newspaper El Confidencial in Madrid.
During the evening, King Felipe and Queen Letizia also presented the El Confidencial Investigative Journalism Awards. The National Award was given to La Marea for its report on the surrogacy industry in Spain; the International Award was given to Aristegui Noticias for the Televisa Leaks investigation; the Lifetime Achievement Award was given to Dean P. Baquet, former executive director of The New York Times and winner of the 2018 Pulitzer Prize for Public Service.
Queen Letizia wore her Dries Van Noten dress with her Magrit pumps and her Magrit clutch. She paired the outfit with her Carolina Herrera earrings and her Coreterno ring.
