Today, members of the Royal Family attended the first day of Royal Ascot. The racecourses are held every year for a week in June and this is the first year without restrictions since the start of the pandemic.
This afternoon, members of the immediate and extended royal family watched the finale event of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee weekend- The Jubilee Pageant.
This evening, the majority of the Royal Family attended the Platinum Party at the Palace in connection with the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
On Saturday, Princess Anne, alongside her husband and children, attended Derby Day at Epsom Downs as apart of an official commemoration of Her Majesty the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
Today, the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee weekend officially started with the traditional Trooping the Colour parade which was attended by The Queen and members of the Royal Family.
