The 'Gaia’ gown is made from hand-embroidered roots that entwine the bodice symmetrically in colour gradients from white to beige tones, to then be hand-stitched into elongated panels of crepe-du-chine half-wheel plisse.
This week, Queen Sofia made an official visit to New Orleans in the United States to attend events organized on the occasion of the III Symposium “America&Spain250”: “Spain and the American Revolution along the Mississippi River”.
