Gaia Repossi studied fine art, anthropology and archaeology before taking the reigns at her grandfather's jewelry label, which explains why the designs are inspired by everything from sculptors to centuries-old African tribes. Made in Italy from 18-karat rose gold, this 'Harvest' earring is encrusted with 0.16-carats of pavé diamonds, with a large oval-cut one right in the center.
