Sarah found that Princess Madeleine wore a green Alberta Ferreti dress with sheer sleeves for her engagement announcement photos and video.

Madeleine announced her engagement to British-American banker, Christopher O'Neill on October 25, 2012. A video of Madeleine and Chris was released for the announcement with Madeleine speaking Swedish, while Chris spoke English. He did attempt one line of Swedish after declaring that he was beginning to learn the language.
The couple met in New York City after Madeleine moved to the United States when her engagement to Jonas Bergstrom was broken off due to his infidelity.
