Spanish royal family spends first day in Oviedo
Today, King Felipe, Queen Letizia and their children Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofia arrived in Oviedo where they’ll spend three days to attend events related to the Princess of Asturia Awards. It is the first time Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofia attend the events.
They were first officially welcomed to Oviedo by the local authorities. They also visited the Kings’ Garden and the Cathedral.
In the evening, King Felipe and Queen Letizia attended the annual Princess of Asturias Concert.
For the official welcome ceremony, Letizia wore a repeated ufo outfit with her Karen Hallam signature ring.
For the concert, Letizia debuted a new outfit by Spanish designer The 2nd Skin Co. The strapless feathered top, the black trousers, and black belt come from the Fall 2019 collection. She paired the outfit with her Magrit clutch and bespoke Manolo Blahnik pumps as well as her Karen Hallam ring.
