Queen Letizia attends Spanish Association Against Cancer working meeting
Today, Queen Letizia attended an internal working meeting with the new National Executive Council of the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC) of which she is the Honorary President.
During the meeting, Queen Letizia learned about the impact of the pandemic on the works of the AECC as well as the new strategic challenges it faces. She also learned about the new “AECC Innova” Grants to support researchers throughout the course of their projects. This is the AECC’s first step to incorporate innovation, fundamental in advancing cancer research, into its programs.
Queen Letizia wore her Massimo Dutti navy floral printed dress with Magrit navy pumps and her Carolina Herrera clutch. She also wore a navy Hugo Boss belt and her Karen Hallam ring.
