Grand Duchess Maria Teresa had a busy week in Luxembourg as she attended several events and while also promoting her new book about her love story and marriage with Grand Duke Henri.

On Tuesday, Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa received a booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Grand Duchess Maria Teresa wore a black outfit with a new Bottega Veneta bag.

On that day, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa digitally took part in a panel discussion on the theme "Children born of war: from a hidden group to bridge-builders in post-conflict societies" to mark World Tolerance Day.

Grand Duchess Maria Teresa wore her Etro velvet blazer.


On Wednesday, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa appeared in Point de Vue magazine as she gave an interview to promote her new book Un Amour Souverain.

On Thursday, Grand Duchess Maria- Teresa attended the ceremony of the 12th edition of the Microfinance Prize as President of the Grand Jury. During the event, she met with the three finalists and delivered the first prize to the organization “Fonkoze” for its mission of providing access to medical care to the most disadvantaged in Haiti.

Afterward, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa met with two young survivors from the Yazidi community. The meeting at the Palace was also attended by the coordinator of the Yazidi Survivor Network, also a genocide survivor, the president of the Yazda organization, and the director of the exhibition Nobody's Listening, an immersive exhibition to understand the forgotten genocide in Iraq.

She wore her Etro green velvet blazer with velvet trousers, her Etro bag, and her Peruffo earrings.


On Friday, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa received a delegation of representatives of the Royal Nobility Corps of the Principality of Asturias at the Palace. During the meeting, she was awarded the medal of "Protector Regio" del Cuerpo de la Nobleza del Principado de Asturias (Nobility Corps of the Principality of Asturias).

Afterward, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa visited “Bazar am Zelt” as President of the Luxembourg Red Cross with Princess Marie-Astrid in order to support and thank the volunteers.

She wore a new velvet blazer with her Etro bag and Peruffo earrings.


On Saturday, Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa took part in a march of solidarity against the violence against women and girls ahead of “Orange Week” in Esch-Sur-Alzette. She wore a black coat with sneakers that could be by Hogan.

Afterward, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa joined author and journalist Stéphane Bern for a signing event for their book Un Amour Souverain.


On Sunday, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa appeared in the show Aqui y Ahora on Univision to discuss her work and promote Un Amour Souverain. The interview was made in Spanish which is Grand Duchess Maria-Teresa’s mother tongue.
