Today, Princess Catharina-Amalia celebrates her 18th birthday and the Dutch Court released two new sets of official photos to mark the day. They were taken at the Palace recently.

As she turns 18, the Princess of Orange now has a 'by right' seat in the Council of State. Her father King Willem-Alexander will introduce her to the Council during an extraordinary meeting on Wednesday. Queen Maxima will also attend.

In the first set of photos, Princess Catharina-Amalia wore a Max Mara red dress (also owned by Scarlett-Lauren Sirgue) with red pumps and her SeeMe earrings.

In the second set, Princess Catharina-Amalia wore a printed tiered dress by LaDress with nude pumps that could be by Gianvito Rossi (also owned by her mother Queen Maxima).
