The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visit Wolverhampton during Mental Health Awareness Week
Today, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were in Wolverhampton to visit several organizations to mark Mental Health Awareness Week.
They first visited The Way Youth Zone where they took part in several activities such as gardening and playing sports and met with HeadStart ambassadors.
Afterward, the couple visited Base25 which aims to improve the lives of younger people aged between 3 and 25 in the local area. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge met with several young people who have been supported by Base25.
To conclude their visit to Wolverhampton, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited HugglePets which is a non-profit organization. HugglePets used “Animal Assisted Therapy to help children with disabilities, or those experiencing mental health challenges, to engage with therapy and wellbeing activities.” The couple met Barbara the Bearded Dragon and Gus the Guinea Pig during their visit.
The Duchess of Cambridge wore a new Catherine Walker coat (with thanks to MiddletonMaven) over a new Tory Burch shirt (with thanks to Bojana) and her Jigsaw trousers. She paired the outfit with her Emmy London navy pumps and Smythson bag. Kate also wore new earrings by Freya Rose (with thanks to Chrissy) and her Halcyon Days bangle. Inside, she wore her Amaia face mask.
